FLIR MR176 Information The FLIR MR176 is a moisture meter that uses infrared guided measurement (IGM) technology to help you find moisture problems in walls, floors, ceilings, and other building materials. The MR176 features a built-in FLIR Lepton® 80 x 60 thermal imaging sensor that creates a thermal image of the surface you are testing. The thermal image shows you where the moisture is located, so you can quickly and easily pinpoint the problem area. The MR176 also has an integrated laser pointer and crosshair that help you accurately position the meter over the area you want to test. The meter also has a pinless sensor and an external pin probe, so you can take either non-intrusive or intrusive measurements.
